This intensive 2-day course condenses key elements from our Covert Protective Pistol series into a comprehensive training experience that can be brought to your location. Designed to help you develop an Individual Protective System tailored to your needs, this course is valuable for both those new to personal protection and those further along in their journey. You will gain the skills and confidence to be your own first responder, ready to protect yourself and your loved ones should the need arise.

Training begins with cultivating a Protective Mindset and Spectrum of Awareness, emphasizing problem identification, avoidance, and de-escalation strategies. If avoidance is not possible, you will learn how to critically think and problem-solve through escalating threats, up to and including lethal force application.

On the range, you will build a solid foundation in the application of marksmanship fundamentals, holster presentation, ready positions, and both sighted and alternate sight alignment methods. You will develop an understanding of the balance between precision and speed while integrating human reaction and processing speeds into realistic defensive contexts.

Applied tactics such as movement, cover utilization, verbal commands, and post-conflict protocols will be incorporated, ensuring a well-rounded system that enhances your ability to respond effectively under stress. This course is designed to instill confidence in your ability to act decisively as a well-prepared Armed Citizen in a critical situation.

Prerequisite: This is not a beginner-level course. Participants must have basic handgun handling skills and the ability to safely operate their firearm. All we ask is that you come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to train. For questions about requirements, please call or email us.
